1. The full English name of OPP is Oriented Polypropylene, which is a unidirectional polypropylene film. OPP is used to stretch the cast polypropylene film horizontally, which can be printed and compounded. Generally, there are two types of product materials and structures: transparent and non transparent. The transparent ones are mainly OPP/CPP, and the non transparent ones are OPP/VMCPP. Because of the poor heat sealing performance of OPP, most of them are sealed with ultrasonic.
2. BOPP is a biaxial oriented polypropylene film. BOPP is used to stretch the cast polypropylene film horizontally and vertically, with high tensile strength, impact strength, rigidity, strong toughness and good transparency.
3. BOPP film is made by co extruding polypropylene particles into sheets and then stretching in both vertical and horizontal directions. Due to tensile orientation, this kind of film has good physical stability, mechanical strength, air tightness, high transparency and glossiness, and is tough and wear-resistant. It is the most widely used printing film at present, with a thickness of 20-40 μ m. The most widely used is 20 μ m。 BOPP is generally used as the outer film of composite film. For example, after being compounded with polyethylene film, its moisture resistance, transparency, strength, stiffness and printability are ideal, and it is suitable for containing dry food. Because BOPP has a non-polar surface, high crystallinity and low surface free energy, its printing performance is poor, and its adhesion to ink and adhesive is poor. Surface treatment is required before printing and laminating.
4. BOPP film is applicable to all kinds of packaging, printing, composite, aluminum plating, etc., such as the film for cigarette packaging. It is widely used in food, medicine, daily light industry, clothing, cigarettes and other packaging materials, and is largely used as the base material of composite film. It is not only replacing traditional paper packaging in many occasions, but also replacing PE, PP, PVC and other ordinary packaging films in many packaging fields.
5. OPP film is mainly used for packaging bags and forming composite materials with other materials. Single film OPP is mostly used for packaging lightweight products such as disposable paper cups.
