The types of films are also constantly innovated with our improvement of living standards. Optical film: Generally, ordinary optical film is mainly used for printing, which is often used for packaging and printing. It is also divided into thick film and thin light film. Generally, thick film refers to 25 μ For the above thickness, the film refers to 19 μ The following thickness.
Matting film: also known as matt film, it is mainly achieved by absorbing and scattering light, which can generally improve the quality of the printed surface, but the price is relatively high, and there are few domestic manufacturers, so it is often used in boxed food or high-end packaging. The extinction film often has no heat seal layer, so it is often used in combination with other films (such as CPP, BOPET).
Light cover film: It is understood that the light cover film is generally 18 μ The lower thin optical film is generally double-sided corona, so there is overlap area and slight difference between it and ordinary optical film in use. It is understood that it is generally not used for making ordinary bags.
Pearlescent film: most of them are three-layer co extruded tensile films, and the surface will generally have a heat seal layer, such as chopsticks bags. The pearlescent film often has its own heat seal layer for heat sealing, so there will be a section of heat seal section. Different from BOPP optical film, the density of pearlescent film is mostly controlled below 0.68, which is conducive to cost saving; And the common pearlescent film presents white and opaque pearlescent effect, which has a certain light blocking ability, and has a protective effect on products that need to avoid light. Of course, the pearlescent film is often used with other films in food and daily necessities, such as ice cream, chocolate packaging and beverage bottle labels. Its white pearlescent effect complements the well-designed printing patterns.
Aluminum coating: everyone is relatively familiar with aluminum coating, but there are many common BOPET and CPP based materials. At present, BOPP aluminum coating is relatively rare in China, especially in recent years, with the price advantage of BOPET, the BOPP aluminum coating market has been affected to some extent.
Laser film: It is a transparent BOPP film with a moldable functional layer, which can be molded without additional precoating of the molding layer. It is used for anti-counterfeit packaging after aluminizing or evaporating the medium, or used as a packaging box for cigarettes, drugs, food, etc. with cardboard or non abrasive composite. It is relatively less produced in China, and is generally used for anti-counterfeiting, decoration and packaging of high-end goods. There are certain requirements for production technology.
Tape film and bag making film are relatively common, and antifogging film and coating free film have been specifically introduced in the early stage, so we will not repeat them here. Of course, there are many high-end BOPP films, such as capacitor films, as well as some customized films.
